Home and small office pricing

It is best to budget at least an hour for us to get to the bottom of a problem, double-check the solution and ensure a system is running to its potential. However, we do offer a half-hour rate in case an issue is very quick to fix and there are no other problems.

£ 60 for the first half hour and £ 35 charged per half hour thereafter (including VAT).

Callouts outside SW and W postcodes are for a minimum of an hour.

When providing support outside of our office hours we charge an additional £ 10 per hour (Monday through Saturday).

Small business server pricing

£ 70 for the first half hour and £ 40 charged per half hour thereafter, including VAT.

When providing support outside of our office hours we charge an additional £ 25 per hour (Monday through Saturday).
