Remote Support
We are able to fix many computer problems remotely. What this means is that one of our expert technicians can log into your PC (with your permission) and fix the problem.
Please note that remote support can only be used for certain problems and only if your internet is working.
As we do not have to actually visit your home we charge less than when we do have to come out and, as usual, if we are unable to fix your problem then we charge no fee.
How it works
1. Call us
0207 384 5949 and we will tell you whether your problem is something we are likely to be able to fix.. Remember… no fix, no fee!
2. Technician will advise on whether we believe we can help
This advice is at no cost.
3. Make credit card payment via our Nochex system
We charge £34.99 per hour (minimum charge 1 hour) and you simply need to follow our nochex link. We will receive immediate confirmation that you have made this payment and will then be able to resolve your problem.
4. Technician will log into your computer
This will require you to give permission over the Internet through an online system that is simple to use and easy to explain.
